SEIA Vic will be hosting our annual conference for the benefit of our installer and business networks and provides both PD training and valuable networking opportunities.

SEIA VIC will be hosting our annual conference for the benefit of our installer and business networks and provides both CPD
training and valuable networking opportunities.
The 2024 conference will be held at the All Seasons Resort Hotel Bendigo VIC 3550. The dates are Wednesday 15th and Thursday
16th of May 2024. The two day event is fully catered and each delegate ticket includes the dinner event held at the conference
venue on the Wednesday night.

This years conference theme is:

“Are you ready for electrification?”

Sponsorship details

Platinum Sponsorship – (Limited number of sponsor spaces available)

This sponsorship will include the following:

• A larger display space for both days of the conference. 1½ trestle space (1 x trestle table provided).
• MC informal interview: During the daily conference the MC will introduce you and talk to someone from your company (you decide) where the MC will ask you questions and give you an informal promotion to the group. (This is from the floor not the stage)
• Promotional signage – Your company banner on the stage for the whole day.
• Promotional video – Your company and product video for additional promotion on rolling screen during break times. (Please supply a video of up to 3mins Length no sound).
• Promotional material – Brochures and handouts placed on tables and in show bags. – Also, if you have anything else you would like to place in the bag please discuss.
• Promotional mentioning – regular mention by the MC as a thank you to our sponsor during presentation times.

• Display stand – trestle space. Etc
• The display area will be supplied with a trestle table, and you are welcome to bring banners, small equipment and promotional material for this area.
