Note: Please allow travel time and arrive early during peak check-in periods.

Day 1 – 20 May

  • Check-in opens from 8:00am
  • Conference sessions begin at 9:00am
  • Finish approximately 4:45pm

Day 2 – 21 May

  • Check-in opens from 8:00am
  • Conference sessions begin at 9:00am
  • Finish approximately 3:30pm

Sponsors are encouraged to keep staffing to approximately two team members per stand where possible.

Please provide the names of all attending representatives for registration purposes.

For additional attendees, contact the event team.

Please note that sponsor packages do not include complimentary Gala Dinner tickets unless otherwise stated.

Additional tickets may be purchased separately.

If attending, please provide guest names to the event team.

Deliveries may arrive up to two business days before the event.

Items may remain on-site for collection for up to two business days after the event.

Loading dock operating hours:

  • Deliveries can arrive up to 2 days prior to the event

  • Items can be held for up to 2 days post-event for collection

  • Loading dock hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm (Mon–Fri)

Items being collected after the event must have the OUTGOING label attached. Click here to download the OUTGOING label.

Please ensure all incoming and outgoing freight is clearly labelled.

We’ve put together a small set of assets to make it easy to share your involvement in the event.

This includes sponsor badges and the SEIA VIC logo for use across your website, email, and social channels.

Sharing your involvement ahead of the event can help drive more awareness and engagement with attendees.

Please bring these items with you unless alternate arrangements have been confirmed.
